Sir,
In reply to your letter No. 3/4 of 17th instant.
I have the honour to acquaint Your Excellency that the Admiralty have no definite areas in view at present to be reserved for Naval purposes, but Their Lordships would be glad to be consulted if, at any time, it may be in contemplation to cede Crown rights over Islands in or near the Harbour, or land on its shores. Such areas might be considered useful to the Navy.

Such areas might be considered.. useful to the Javy.
